Physical Damage in received Parcel
If you find any physical damage in received parcels then you can return them and can claim 100% of your paid value provided you have proper proofs of damaged parcel.
Refund and Return of Parcels
Parcels can only be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, providing they are
in original resalable condition.
