   • Shipping costs for online returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

Please note that items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund based on the original payment method used for the purchase.

• For Online Orders: Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that original shipping fees (for online orders) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are in new, unused condition and within the return window. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and indicate the product you would like to receive in exchange.

• Online Exchanges: Contact customer service to process your exchange, and we will guide you on how to return the item and place an order for the new product.

If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new product, you may be required to pay the difference or receive a refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products, including power tools, paint, and adhesives (unless defective)
• Products that have been altered or modified
• Items that are past the return window (e.g., 7 days after delivery)
